New Store Opening – October 2026
We are hiring now for our October 2026 Market City store opening. Successful candidates will join early for training before the store officially opens.
About the role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll help create a warm and memorable shopping experience while introducing customers to the RuRu lifestyle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting every customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Sharing the RuRu story and introducing our brand philosophy.
- Helping customers choose loungewear, plush companions and gifts that suit their needs.
- Delivering exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout.
- Processing sales using the POS system.
- Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and ensuring the store is always clean and inviting.
- Replenishing stock, receiving deliveries and assisting with inventory.
- Preparing gift packaging and helping create a premium unboxing experience.
- Working as part of a positive team to create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

You’ll also:
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Be reliable, organised and take pride in your work.
- Speak fluent English （Mandarin language skills are highly regarded but not essential.）
- Have previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
- Be available to work weekends and public holidays.
As we’re opening a brand-recent store, hours may increase as the business grows and during busy trading periods.
