About us:

thoughts and things is a private psychology practice based in Ashfield, Sydney's Inner West, that delivers warm, collaborative, and evidence-based support for children, adolescents, families, and adults.

The role:

We are currently looking for another friendly psychologist to join our dynamic team for a minimum of 2-3 days per week. As a thoughts and things psychologist, you will be:

- Providing evidence-based psychological intervention to children, adolescents, families, and adults
- Developing solid therapeutic relationships with clients and their support networks
- Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other allied health professionals
- Completing clinical documentation and psychological reports

Requirements:

- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist
- Experience working with children and families
- Medicare provider number eligibility
- Working with childrens check
- Warm, approachable, and client-focused therapeutic style




- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
- Experience completing psychometric assessments is desirable (e.g., cognitive, academic, ADHD, and/or autism assessments)
