Job Description

- Monitor compliance with National Law, Regulations, and NQF standards
- Manage incidents, reporting, and regulatory submissions on time
- Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to services and teams
- Drive quality improvement, audits, and compliance assurance activities
- Build robust stakeholder relationships and support regulatory engagement

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of ECEC legislation, regulations, and the NQF
- Proven experience in governance and compliance within early years settings
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship skills
- Highly organised,



with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Ongoing full-time Australian work rights
