- Working within a remote camp setting preparing meals for up to 20 exploration staff
- Ordering, stock control and menu planning
- Assist with general camp maintenance as required
- Camp housekeeping – cleaning rooms, ablutions and offices as required
- Supply runs for field provisions

To be considered for these roles, the successful candidates will require:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a remote area cook position
- Food hygiene and food safety handling certificates
- Budgeting, ordering experience
- Camp maintenance and exploration field experience (highly regarded)
- Current manual drivers license
- 4WD certificate
- Senior first aid certificate
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical/drug and alcohol screen
- Must be fit and healthy
