We're growing our team and looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers who can connect with our clients in their own language.

About the Role

We're seeking an English/Vietnamese speaking Support Worker to provide high-quality in-home and community support to NDIS participants and aged care clients across South Western Sydney. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to make a genuine difference in people's lives while helping bridge language and cultural gaps for our Vietnamese-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and community access support
- Support clients with daily living tasks tailored to individual care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients and families in both English and Vietnamese
- Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings
- Accurately document progress notes and report any changes in client wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with the broader care team and coordinators

What We're Looking For





- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken; written skills a plus)
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR certificate
- Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Genuine care, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
