About the Role
As a Rostering Coordinator (known internally as a Service Delivery Coordinator), you will manage workforce rosters, respond to operational requests, conduct employee welfare calls and ensure service delivery standards are maintained across a portfolio of clients.
This is a day-shift position with rostered shifts across weekdays and weekends.
Roster Pattern
- Training: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Week 1: 5:30am – 1:30pm or 6:00am – 2:00pm (depending on portfolio)
- Week 2: 10:00am – 6:00pm
What You’ll Bring
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Previous experience in rostering, administration, workforce planning or a contact centre is highly regarded.
What You’ll Need

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and confident phone manner.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Australian Citizenship (required due to government client requirements).
- Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check.
- Availability to complete your initial training from our Parramatta office.
