Set amongst the beautifully kept gardens of the Palmetum, Absolute Cravings has quickly become one of Townsville's most popular cafés. With a fresh, wholesome menu and a culture of collaboration, we pride ourselves on consistency, creativity, and exceptional service.

Position: Café Cook / Barista (Immediate Start) — please note this is not a Chef position

Hours:

- Café service hours across a Tuesday–Sunday roster, approximately 7:30am – 3:00pm
- Must have some availability on weekends
- Enjoy two consecutive days off during the week

Role Overview:

This is a dual role. As our Café Cook, you'll prepare delicious café-style meals from our daily menu. On days when our other cook is working, you may instead be rostered front of house as our barista — so we're after someone comfortable moving between both. You'll also be encouraged to share and develop menu ideas, ensuring we continue to delight our guests. Basic barista skills are ideal, and we're happy to provide training to build them up.
