We are seeking experienced Support Workers with a nursing -EN/RN or healthcare background to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment, caring for clients with high physical and medical needs.

*Hiring for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays across all shifts - AM, PM and inactive overnight*

About the Role:

You will be working with participants who require complex, hands-on support with all activities of daily living (ADLs). This is not an entry-level position - extensive experience and confidence in providing complex care is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Personal care, including full assistance with ADLs
- Community Access
- Manual handling using a hoist
- Management of IDC (indwelling catheter) and stoma care
- Epilepsy and seizure management
- Dysphagia care and safe mealtime support
- Pressure area care and wound management
- Insulin administration and diabetes support
- Domestic assistance including cooking nutritious meals




- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum Cert IV in Disability or Aged Care and/or nursing background (EN/RN qualifications highly regarded)
- Proven experience in high physical support settings (SIL or similar)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the areas listed above
- Excellent communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Driver's Licence
