- Manage daily workshop activities and team performance
- Achieve sales and operational targets
- Build strong customer and supplier relationships
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workplace
- Ensure compliance with company quality and service standards

About You:

- Leadership experience in the automotive industry
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- Trade qualification desirable but not essential
- Available Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings
