Anders Elite is seeking on behalf of our client a Mobilisation and Recruitment Officer to join a small busy team in Perths CBD.

THIS POSITION IS A 8/6 ROSTER BASED IN PERTH - NOT A FIFO ROLE

Our client is a successful medium sized HR Firm with multiple Divisions - Primarily servicing the Construction and Mining Maintenance Sectors.

Previous Mobilisation or Recruitment experience is essential, exposure to Shutdowns/Construction & Heavy Lift/Transport sectors is a MUST.

Working as a part of 1 of the Groups Recruitment and Mobilisation teams in a up-to-date office your duties will include

- Liasing with the Companies workforce in fluent and responsive mannor
- Assisting with Onboarding Process using your proven knowledge of ensuring industry standards for crane drivers and riggers (VOC's, IND's, Crane Makes/Models)
- Formatting of Qualifications at a fast pace and ensuring our personnel comply at all times
- General administration tasks including building job requests from clients, Allocating workforce on our CRM, following through on delivery at all times
- Forwarding of flights and accommodation details (double triple checking)




- Verifying of Qualifications and Licences matching industry standards but also site and client specific needs (not a one shoe fits all approach)
- Booking medicals and training
- Issuing PPE
- Ad-hoc requests from Management
