This job is open for expressions of interest only LSH Auto Australia is excited to offer the opportunity for a motivated Accountant to join our team based at our Kings Way dealership in South Melbourne.

About the role Reporting directly to the Manager - Accounting and Finance, the successful applicant with be responsible for:

- Preparation and analysis of month end reporting, management accounts and manufacturer reporting to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with accounting standards and company policies
- Accounts payable/receivable and administration support/backup when required
- Assisting dealership staff daily with queries to ensure and instill a 'right first time'
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting data as required by the Manager, Accounting and Finance.
- Being investigative into the transactions of the dealership, ensuring that any issues are addressed in a timely fashion with follow-ups as necessary.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors as required ensuring the integrity of the financial statements.
- Assist Manager, Accounting and Finance on day-to-day operations of accounts/administration department About you - A minimum 3 years Accounting experience working within a similar environment;
- Extensive financial accounting working knowledge;
- Motor Vehicle dealership and Pentana experience is highly regarded;




- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- University degree qualified in Accounting / Commerce; and
- Professionally CA/ CPA qualification (or working towards the qualification).

- Ability to meet strict deadlines in fast-paced environment
