About the role An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic person to join our customer service team. This position ensures the provision of high‑level customer service and administrative support through a friendly, efficient and effective first point of contact to all customers, the operation of the Service NSW Agency, and providing timely feedback to customers to ensure the loop is closed.
The role also provides support to Council’s rates and debtors functions.
A criminal history and background checks are required. Service NSW training will be provided. About you Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative support with appropriate qualifications.
This position would be suitable for those with extensive practical experience.
