Every day, technology helps make it possible for people and communities to access the support they need, when they need it most. As our Delivery Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in connecting product vision with technical excellence, leading a team of developers to deliver reliable,



secure and impactful digital solutions that support Mission Australia's services across the country.

Working within our Enterprise Digital and Data Enablement function, you will bring together delivery leadership, engineering expertise and people leadership to ensure digital products are planned effectively, delivered with confidence and supported long after they go live.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, ensuring scope, quality, risk and timelines are effectively managed.
- Translate product priorities into achievable delivery plans aligned to team capacity and organisational objectives.
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies and proactively address delivery risks and challenges.
- Provide clear and transparent reporting on delivery performance, milestones and confidence levels.
