At Community Collective Australia, you’ll represent nationally recognised brands and not-for-profit organisations through face-to-face residential and B2B campaigns. No previous sales experience is required. We’ll provide structured training, ongoing coaching and support from leaders who started in the same role.
Optional travel opportunities
Want to experience more of Australia while building your career? Selected team members may have the opportunity to travel for approximately four weeks every two months, with:
- Flights and accommodation provided
- Petrol covered for drivers
- Full-time hours under permanent casual employment
- Ongoing coaching and development
Travel positions are limited and offered based on performance and business requirements.
- Prefer to stay in Melbourne? You can work locally Monday to Friday, with optional Saturdays available.
