The FIX Analyst is responsible for implementing, testing, certifying and problem/support resolution for Charles River Network clients.

CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created the first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019. What You Will Be Responsible For

- Support team efforts to sustain a "five nines" level of availability for Charles River Network Clients.
- Coordinate with Clients, internal Charles River colleagues, and network vendor(s) to provide the following service-related functions:




- Problem troubleshooting, support, and resolution as part of a "Follow-the-Sun" support model
- Configuring and customizing FIX connections
- Testing and certification of FIX compatibility with brokers
- Ongoing changes and enhancements

- Follow departmental procedures to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of service to Charles River Network Clients.
- Ensure all Network Services database information and documentation is accurate and current.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff.
