About the Role

Join the leadership team at Edenhope and play a key role in delivering exceptional, person-centred aged care. Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership, coordinate daily operations and support a positive team culture while ensuring residents receive secure, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinateclinical care acrosseach shift.
- Support and deputisefor the NurseUnit Manager.
- Mentor, coach andsupportnursing staff.
- Coordinate staffing andclinical resources.
- Drive quality improvementand Aged CareStandards compliance.
- Partner with residents, families and themultidisciplinary team.

Skills & Experience

- Current AHPRA registrationas a RegisteredNurse.
- Demonstrated clinical leadershipin aged careor similar.
- Strong communicationandteam leadership skills.
- Knowledge of AgedCare Quality Standards.
- NDIS Worker ScreeningCheck or willingnessto obtain.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Associate Nurse Unit Manager (YW11 – YW12) which ranges from $60.94 - $62.99 per hour.
