Subaru Australia, part of Inchcape, is seeking a Training Manager to drive learning, capability and performance across Subaru's dealer network in NSW. You will develop and deliver engaging training programs to build product knowledge, strengthen sales capability and improve customer interactions.
You will lead content creation, learning pathways and execution across dealer and internal teams, with responsibility for LMS content and annual learning plans. Travel to dealer sites will be required.
