Rehabilitation Physician | Established Private Practice | Orange, NSW

The Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity is available for a Rehabilitation Physician to take over a well-established private practice following the planned retirement of the current Visiting Medical Officer (VMO).

The Role

You will provide specialist rehabilitation services across inpatient and day rehabilitation programs, including:

- Comprehensive admission assessments and rehabilitation planning
- Ongoing inpatient and day rehabilitation management
- Clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Coordination of patient-centred rehabilitation programs
- Discharge planning and continuity of care
- Opportunity to further develop and expand private rehabilitation services

Requirements

- Fellowship of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (FAFRM) or equivalent
- Specialist Registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA in Rehabilitation Medicine
- Experience in inpatient and/or day rehabilitation medicine
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary team skills
