Under new ownership, we are building a robust coaching culture focused on member experience, motivation, and results — and we want the right trainers to grow with us.
The Role
We are seeking passionate, reliable, and energetic Group Fitness Trainers to deliver exceptional F45 training sessions. You will coach, motivate, and support members while creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality F45 group training sessions
- Coach correct technique and ensure member safety
- Motivate and engage members of all fitness levels
- Build strong relationships with members and community
- Assist with studio culture, retention, and member experience
- Set up and pack down equipment for sessions
What We’re Looking For
- Cert III & IV in Fitness (or currently completing)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Strong communication and people skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and reliable work ethic
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- F45 or group training experience preferred (not essential)
- We are looking to fill multiple classes Wednesday early morning, Wednesday night and Thursday early morning. Fill in classes also available
