Registered Nurse – Home Care

Join Trinder Park Home Care as a Registered Nurse. In this role you will deliver exceptional clinical care, build meaningful relationships with clients, provide reassurance and support, and empower older Australians to live independently with dignity, comfort, and purpose in their own homes.

Role Type: Permanent Part Time – 60hrs fortnight

Remuneration: $39.96 – $48.43 per hour (experience dependent) plus super, salary packaging, staff discounts and benefits.

Location: Based at Trinder Park Home Care in Woodridge, with clinical visits across the Gold Coast, Tallebudgera, and Nundah (North Brisbane) area. A fleet vehicle is provided for all work‑related travel.

Responsibilities

- Deliver person‑centred nursing care in clients’ homes.
- Conduct nursing assessments, develop nursing care plans, and complete clinical documentation.
- Provide clinical advice to clients and families, ensuring dignity, choice, and independence.
- Collaborate with Home Care Managers, Coordinators, and external health professionals.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, and Lutheran Services policies.

Qualifications

- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Ideally experienced in home care, aged care or community nursing.




- Current Full Australian Driver’s Licence and a comprehensive insured vehicle; willing to drive between locations as required.
- Ability to support care partners and support staff with clinical needs.
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
