Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead our hotel through an exciting period of growth and transformation.

With a substantial refurbishment of our food and beverage offering underway—including the launch of a brand-new Italian restaurant—this is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to make a lasting impact.

About the Role

Reporting to ownership, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel, leading a team of approximately 35–40 employees across accommodation, food and beverage, and hotel operations.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys being visible, building strong teams, driving commercial performance, and becoming an active part of the Kalgoorlie community. This is a genuine long-term opportunity, and we're seeking someone who is looking to build a career—not just fill a position.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader within hotels or large hospitality venues.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue, profitability and operational excellence.




- A passionate people leader with experience developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commitment to becoming part of the local Kalgoorlie community.
- A genuine desire to commit to the role for a minimum of three years.
