Workskil Australia is seeking an Employment Coach to support customers at our Elizabeth site. This full time, fixed-term role ends January 2027 and offers training, mentorship, and a pathway to a Cert IV in Community Services after probation. You will deliver coaching to enhance employability, prepare resumes, and connect clients with housing, mental health, and financial counselling resources while meeting contractual requirements of the employment service provider.
