The Project Manager position is based at our campus in Collingwood, VIC. The role requires relocation to Melbourne and involves travels around Australia to support healthcare organizations with Epic software installations.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects that help healthcare organizations improve patient care.
- Present to hospital leadership and design creative care tools.
- Coordinate end‑user training and ensure providers are fully supported during go‑live.
- Own the success of newcomers to the Epic community and manage software installations.
- Apply project‑management skills to make key decisions while receiving guidance and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or greater.
- History of academic excellence or professional success.
- Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, with typical trips of 2–4 days.
- Relocation to the Melbourne area (relocation assistance provided).
- Ability to travel to the US for up to 6 months for training and ongoing periodic travel.
- Ready to travel to healthcare organizations requiring immunizations and testing.
- Excellent English, written and spoken.
- Ongoing working rights in Australia.
- Required to be vaccinated for Covid‑19, with documentation at pre‑employment.
