We're partnering with one of Australia's fastest-growing insolvency and advisory firms, employing 100+ professionals across five Australian offices. Specialising in corporate insolvency, restructuring, turnaround and business recovery, the firm combines the capability of a national practice with a collaborative culture that genuinely invests in its people.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Insolvency Manager looking to take ownership of complex appointments while mentoring a team and working closely with Directors and Registered Liquidators in a growing Sydney office.

The Role

- Manage corporate insolvency and restructuring appointments from commencement to completion

- Lead voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships and small business restructures

- Mentor, coach and review the work of junior team members

- Prepare and review statutory reports, investigations and financial analysis

- Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, creditors, lawyers, financiers and other professionals

- Identify commercial outcomes and provide practical restructuring solutions

- Support business development and strengthen referral relationships

- Work closely with Directors and Registered Liquidators on complex engagements

About You

- 5+ years' Australian corporate insolvency experience





- Demonstrated experience managing insolvency appointments

- CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)

- Strong knowledge of Australian insolvency legislation and practice

- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Commercially minded with strong analytical and report-writing ability

- Proven ability to mentor staff and manage multiple engagements
