Principal Consultant | Investments, Capital & Asset Management

We’re seeking a Investment Associate to join a high-performing real estate investment team managing a diversified fund spanning hotels, residential, office, and logistics.

The role is hands-on investment management with a focus on joint ventures with development partners. You’ll be responsible for monitoring project performance, managing risks, and ensuring value is maximised across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

- Day-to-day portfolio management of joint venture developments.

- Oversight of project reporting, financial models, and feasibility analysis.

- Identification and mitigation of development risks across planning, construction, and delivery.

- Close collaboration with external development partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

- Active involvement in investment reviews, reporting, and strategic decision-making.





What we’re looking for

- 3–6 years’ experience in real estate investment, development, or funds management.

- Robust understanding of development project risks (planning, delivery, cost, sales, market).

- Financial modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Commercially sharp, able to challenge assumptions and drive outcomes.

- Confident communicator who can build trust with JV partners and senior stakeholders.
