The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Site Managers / 2nd In Charge to help lead our maintenance operations and support the delivery of upcoming projects. What You'll Be Doing

- Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day landscape maintenance works
- General turf and garden bed maintenance
- Irrigation system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Pest and weed control
- Supervising and supporting team members on site
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

About You We're looking for someone who is hands-on,



dependable and takes genuine pride in their work. You'll ideally bring:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and horticultural best practice
- A hardworking, reliable attitude with a strong work ethic
- The ability to lead by example and support less experienced team members
- A current driver's licence (and relevant tickets/certifications highly regarded)
- A commitment to safety and quality on every job
