Are you a vibrant, people-oriented professional looking for a rewarding role in healthcare? We're seeking a part time or full time (4-5 days) medical receptionist to join our dynamic team at Cardiac Health Institute (CHI)!

About Us:

Established in 2004, CHI is a leading cardiology practice with three locations across Sydney (Epping, Norwest Private Hospital Bella Vista, and Sydney Adventist Hospital Wahroonga). Our team of 7 cardiologists and 20 staff members are dedicated to providing exceptional cardiac care in a friendly, multidisciplinary setting.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a permanent part time or full time receptionist who is available 4 or 5 days per week, and exhibits the following:

- Strong customer service focus to provide safe quality patient care;
- A highly professional and friendly demeanour;
- High levels of motivation and initiative;




- Robust attention to detail;
- The ability to adapt to change and multitask;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

- Face to face interaction and customer service to patients;
- Liaising with external departments including pathology;
- Providing billing support and online Medicare claiming;
- General administration duties;
- Managing daily incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.

As this role will require you to work from any of our established clinics (Epping / Bella Vista / Wahroonga), being able to travel is essential, and having access to a car is preferred. If you're ready to be part of our heart-healthy team, we'd love to hear from you!
