Role Description The NDIS L2 Support Coordination and Recovery Coach role is a contract, remote position focused on supporting NDIS participants to understand and implement their plans. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating services, liaising with providers, and helping participants make informed choices that align with their goals and needs. The role also involves providing recovery-oriented coaching, safety and wellness planning, and practical problem-solving around housing, daily living, and community participation.

The successful candidate will regularly review participants’ progress, document outcomes,



and maintain accurate records in line with NDIS requirements. They will collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams while upholding person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Recovery Coach, with the ability to support people navigating complex mental health and substance use challenges to build participant capacity, skills, and confidence in self-advocacy and life management.

Experience in NDIS L2 Support Coordination, including understanding of NDIS legislation, pricing arrangements, and service agreements.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in social work, community services, mental health, counselling, or a related field.

Strong communication, documentation, and digital literacy skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, autonomous environment.

Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed, culturally safe, and person-centered practice, including work with diverse communities.

Current working with children check, national police clearance, and eligibility to work in Australia;

experience in the WA community sector is highly regarded.
