Our head office and manufacturing facility is located in Bayswater Victoria and we have Distribution Centres in both New South Wales and Queensland.

About the role:

Essentially, it is about making the workplace safer through leadership, consultation and the implementation of Best Fit strategies. That includes:

- Managing our Risk Reduction program;
- Leading investigations into incidents, recommending and overseeing the implementation of Best Fit solutions;
- Identifying and co-ordinating OHS training for all staff;
- Taking ownership of the Emergency and Traffic Management Plans;
- Overseeing an audit program to ensure compliance; and
- Managing the Return to Work Plans for any injured staff.

About you:

- Experienced OH&S; Coordinator or similar,



with good experience in a manufacturing environment.
- You know what is required to maintain a safe workplace and are committed to engaging, educating and empowering others to achieve that aim.
- You have a willingness to get involved to make those improvements happen.
- You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- You have a demonstrated willingness to work as part of a team, and, very importantly,
- You will have a genuine desire to improve the safety for all Speedpanel employees.
