$1,500 + 2 days leave + monthly in-house PD!! The Role - Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes - Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment - Using clinical skills and qualified opinion to develop participant centred goals specific to the client’s circumstances - Opportunities to develop a specialised case load in areas of interest - Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology About You - Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration) - 2+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services - Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) - Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent time management with a strong attention to detail - Honesty, integrity and a positive approach
