Location: Sydney

Salary: AUD 150,742 – 171,215 Annual Gross

Salary range is indicative and may be subject to enhancements based on internal processes.

Flexible working arrangements: hybrid, reviewed case‑by‑case basis

Roles and Responsibilities

- Experienced in ServiceNow – leading as presales, solutioning for large opportunities
- Own account growth through upsell and cross‑sell of services and solutions
- Act as the single point of accountability for customer relationships and overall engagement health
- Ensure noiseless, end‑to‑end delivery with strong quality, governance, and operational rigor
- Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations, ensuring stability and continuity
- Drive delivery stability through effective resource planning and risk management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to meet revenue, margin, and CSAT targets

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ServiceNow certifications and 15+ years’ experience in ServiceNow
- Demonstrated leadership in large‑scale digital transformation projects, with at least two significant implementations for ServiceNow




- Proven track record in leadership roles and defining solution architecture
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills
