About the role
We are seeking motivated and experienced Electrical Fitters to work within the Origin Eraring Maintenance Team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering safe, reliable and cost‑effective maintenance performance and supporting plant reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and support the safe execution of maintenance activities, taking a safety‑first approach.
- Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, delivering a quality of work that supports the reliability and availability of the plant.
- Utilise the site CMMS (SAP) to capture all relevant information associated with tasks and work in accordance with the Origin Work Management procedures.
- Create positive and productive relationships through open and transparent communication with all stakeholders across the operation.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities that support the ongoing improvement in safety, maintenance and plant performance.
What you will bring
- Relevant trade qualifications, an electrical license and relevant post‑trade experience.
- A commitment to safety and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Alignment to Origin values and willingness to contribute to a great culture and work environment.
- Knowledge and experience of plant, equipment, materials and maintenance methods used in power stations or similar heavy industry.
- Previous experience utilising SAP or other CMMS.
- Ability to plan and prioritise daily activities.
