Our mission is to help every child reach their full potential through personalized tutoring in Maths and Literacy. We are now seeking passionate and dedicated Primary School Teachers, Pre-Service Teachers, and Learning Support Officers to join our team.

Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and committed educators to join our tutoring centre in Heidelberg, Melbourne. As a tutor, you will work with students from Prep to Grade 6, providing targeted support in Maths and Literacy. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers, pre-service teachers, and learning support officers to make a meaningful impact on students' academic progress.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions in Maths and Literacy for students from Prep to Grade 6.

- Develop personalized learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student.

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the highest quality of education and support.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (for Primary School Teachers).

- Currently enrolled in an Education degree program (for Pre-Service Teachers).

- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting (for Learning Support Officers).

- Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum for Maths and Literacy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passionate about education and committed to student success.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including after school and weekends.

Rates range from $50–$90 per hour for experienced teachers (depending on group size with a maximum of 5 students), and $40 per hour flat for pre-service teachers and learning support officers.
