About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Mechanic and 4th year apprentice to join our dynamic team at Queensland HVAC Services. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintenance, and repair of commercial air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing on air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in air conditioning equipment.
- Carrying out repairs, fault finding and preventative maintenance work on a variety of air conditioning systems from split systems to chillers.
- Maintaining detailed records of all work completed and parts used.
- Providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients.
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What we're looking for

- Cert 3 qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Valid refrigerant handling licence required at time of application.
- Restricted Electrical License.
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as an Air Conditioning Mechanic.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.




- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- A valid driver's licence with a clean history.
- Must be an Australian citizen with full work rights.
- 4th year apprentices with commercial knowledge.
