Millbrook is a stunning, multi-award winning winery, cellar door, restaurant and function venue located in Jarrahdale, 50 minutes southeast of the Perth CBD and is part of the Fogarty Wine Group.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional and friendly customer service at all times
- Provide foodand beverage service in a busy restaurant and cellar door environment
- Conduct wine tastings and confidently discuss our wines, menu and local produce with guests
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming work environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Be available to work weekends, public holidays and evenings as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a front of house hospitality role
- Wine and knowledge is desirable; however full training will be provided
- A genuine passion for hospitality, local produce and wine
- Outstanding customer service skills with a warm, engaging personality
- Ability to confidently manage your own dining section in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow and develop within the hospitality industry
- Flexible and reliable, with availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
