Job Overview Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
Location: Our Lady Mercy Place Harris Park 128A Alfred St, Harris Park NSW 2150
Salary: As per EBA
Shifts: Monday - Friday PM 14:45 – 22:00 Upload with Application: Resume, cover letter, and all relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities - Provide quality resident‑focused and clinical care utilizing a person‑centered approach.
- Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values.
- Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families.
- Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard.
Qualifications - Recognised tertiary qualification and current Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
- Police check.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in aged care.
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
- Compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
- Ability to nurture friendly,
respectful relationships and collaborate within a team.
