HomeStart is seeking a Collections (Credit Management) Officer in Adelaide to support homeowners facing financial difficulty, helping them maintain sustainable ownership and manage arrears and hardship cases.
You will bring at least 2 years of mortgage collections experience, knowledge of NCCP, ASIC/ACCC guidelines, and robust communication skills. The role is hybrid, combining work from home with our Pirie Street office; a National Criminal History Check is required.
