Ramm Botanicals is a medium-sized, family-owned business located on the beautiful Central Coast. We are an integrated tissue culture laboratory and nursery production facility producing high-quality plants for both domestic and international markets.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Nursery Production Hands and Lab Staff to join our amazing team.
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a supportive, hands-on team. The position involves a mix of nursery and laboratory-based production work, with a solid emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability.
While previous nursery experience is an advantage, it’s not essential — on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Duties:
- Deflasking and planting of tissue culture plants
- Harvesting and planting cutting material
- Compacting, grading, picking, and packing stock plants
- Maintaining accurate records and following production processes

- Ability to stand for long periods and work in greenhouses in all weather conditions
- Awareness of workplace health and safety (WHS) practices
This is a casual position with hours that may vary depending on production requirements.
