As we expand our presence, we are seeking a confident, professional, and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our new Melbourne CBD Display Studio.

About the Role

You will be the face of PANZERA in our Melbourne studio, assisting customers in discovering the right watch for their lifestyle and needs. You will create a welcoming, premium in-store experience while ensuring the showroom is always presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding one-on-one customer service and sales assistance
- Guide customers through our watch collections, features, and brand story
- Professionally fit and adjust watch straps, bracelets, and clasps
- Assist customers with product care, sizing, and after-sales support
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the showroom and displays
- Process sales, enquiries,



and customer follow-up efficiently
- Manage stock presentation and assist with inventory organisation
- Support daily studio operations with strong attention to detail

About You

- Previous experience selling watches or premium accessories is essential
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience selling watches or premium accessories is required
- Experience fitting watch straps, resizing bracelets, or handling timepieces preferred
- Well-presented, qualified, and confident with customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for watches, style, and premium products
- Self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working independently in a boutique studio environment
- Valid Australian work rights are required, including work visa holders
