What Your Day Looks Like

- Making outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling!)
- Having genuine conversations and understanding what customers need
- Booking quality consultations for our Solar Design Consultants
- Working towards daily and weekly targets in a fast-paced environment

About You

You're confident on the phone and know how to build rapport quickly. You bounce back fast when someone says no, you pick things up quickly, and you're motivated by targets and earning positive money.

We're looking for people with:

- Proven experience in a sales or target-driven role
- A track record of hitting KPIs or sales targets
- Confidence making outbound calls
- Ability to learn fast and adapt
