About the Role:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Oscars Group Marketing team on a Full Time basis. This is a hands-on creative role responsible for developing and executing design concepts across a wide range of digital and print platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining brand identity across multiple hospitality venues within the group portfolio.

This is a full-time, 5-day in-office role based at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach.
As part of the wider Oscars Group Marketing team, you will also be required to attend the Oscars Group Head Office in Brighton-Le-Sands approximately once per week for team meetings, debriefs, collaboration and other team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials

• Produce high-quality assets for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, advertising,



and venue collateral

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all venues

• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual content aligned with strategic objectives

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

• Stay current with design trends and continuously elevate creative output

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a graphic design role

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and multi-channel design work (required)

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong eye for detail and design consistency

• Experience within hospitality or multi-brand environments highly regarded

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace"

• Ability to commute to Brighton Le Sands once per week
