Join the team at Bacich Smash Repairs! We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Car Cleaner / Yard Hand to join our friendly team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy keeping things clean and organised, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we’d love to hear from you.
Your main duties will include:
- Washing and detailing customer vehicles.
- Vacuuming and cleaning vehicle interiors.
- Keeping the workshop, yard and office surrounds clean and tidy.
- Organising and moving vehicles around the yard.
- Assisting with receiving and putting away parts.
- Delivering parts to technicians as required.
- General workshop and yard hand duties.
- Helping keep tools, equipment and work areas organised.
- Assisting the team wherever needed during quieter periods.
What we're looking for:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Someone who takes pride in producing quality work.
- Reliable, punctual and honest.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- A current manual driver's licence is preferred.
- No experience necessary – we’ll provide training for the right person.

- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
