- Able to strictly follow instructions from the landlords
- Strong leader to lead the residential team
- Great communication skills and client care to keep and build up the business
- Ability to control maintenance costs

- Reliable, trustworthy, efficient and a top Performer
- A team player who can lead and build the team and the business to expand fast
- Willing to take after-hours calls for emergencies
- Can speak Mandarin is an advantage, but not necessary
