Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring your team to achieve their KPIs and personal goals
- Using your commercial acumen to boost profitability across sales, our interior decorator program, NPS, engagement, ATV, and strike rates
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture through regular feedback and coaching
- Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, including rostering, financial performance, and onboarding new team members
- Championing a safety‑first mindset culture, empowering your team to proactively identify and mitigate risks
