About the Role

Become the face of Bunnings and help customers bring their DIY and gardening projects to life. You will greet visitors, offer product advice, manage stock, and operate checkout registers while keeping the store clean and organised.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, helpful service to every customer.
- Offer expert product tips and share gardening knowledge.
- Manage stock efficiently and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Serve customers with a smile at the checkout.

- Passion for customer experience and enthusiasm for learning about products.
- A genuine passion for gardening, DIY or a willingness to grow in retail.
- Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
- Readiness to work across different areas of the store and act with integrity.
- Availability for flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends.

Compensation

Adult pay rate: $28.64 per hour for applicants aged 18 years and over.

3. If selected, participate in a 20‑minute onsite meet‑and‑greet with store leaders.
