About the role

The Accounts Payable Processing Officer provides efficient and timely service delivery in all accounts data entry, processing of invoices, disbursement of payments, Crown Trust payments, assets, purchase orders, purchase cards and travel, and maintain the integrity of organisational financial data. The role assists internal clients in managing their payables by providing guidance and advice on policies and procedures governing purchasing.

This Talent Pool is being created for future Ongoing or Temporary roles that may arise over the next 18 months.

Placement in the Talent Pool remains valid for 18 months. There is no guarantee of employment as a result of this Talent Pool.

Eligibility

- a permanent resident of Australia; or
- a New Zealand citizen.





Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.

Total Remuneration Package

Base salary ranges from $78,000 to $84,799 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
