The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne is seeking a DEIB Lead to guide the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging portfolio and to develop the DEIB strategic plan for the organisation.

The role will lead the delivery of action plans, engage with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate with the Melbourne Children’s Campus. The position supports a hybrid work model and a market-competitive salary with superannuation.
