What you will do:





- Conduct home visits to perform assessments and follow up on recommendations made by Occupational Therapy staff within the locality teams.
- Make informed recommendations and arrange provision for major adaptations and complex equipment needs.
- Prepare sketches, read plans, and provide detailed specifications for major works, liaising with partner agencies, teams, and contractors to ensure successful completion of adaptations.
- Leverage your knowledge of specialist equipment, major adaptations, and manual handling to provide holistic patient care.

Requirements:

- HCPC Registration: Must be HCPC registered to practise as an Occupational Therapist.
- Driving Requirement: Must be a car driver to efficiently manage community-based responsibilities.
