Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking Senior Prison Officers to lead and mentor custodial teams at a major correctional facility. You will coordinate daily operations, support security and program delivery, and manage records in line with IMF procedures.

You will role-model pro-social behavior, supervise staff, and contribute to reducing re-offending through effective case management and teamwork. Full time ongoing roles available across shifts.
