PUMA Homebush is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead Australia’s largest PUMA FOC store in Homebush, NSW. This role offers the opportunity to shape the store’s future, oversee in-store activations and collaborations, and deliver an elevated retail experience at a premier fashion destination.
Responsibilities
- Partner for Success – Collaborate with the Store Roster and Area Manager to drive store sales, operations, and team performance.
- Lead by Example – Spend the majority of time on the sales floor engaging with customers, coaching the team, and driving results.
- Inspire Growth – Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team that embodies PUMA’s brand values.
- Deliver Excellence – Ensure each customer interaction aligns with PUMA’s world-class service standards.
- Optimize Operations – Help manage inventory, loss prevention, and compliance to keep the store running smoothly and profitably.
- Champion the Brand – Support the execution of marketing initiatives and uphold PUMA’s distinctive visual identity.
- Build for the Future – Foster a culture of continuous development, preparing your team for future growth within PUMA.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership – 2–4 years of management experience in a customer-focused retail environment,
ideally in apparel or footwear.
- Sales Expertise – A track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
- Experience in Flagship or High-Traffic Locations – Understanding of the challenges and opportunities of a high-profile store.
- Team Builder – Ability to identify, develop, and retain top-performing team members.
- Solid Communicator – Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire the team and create outstanding customer experiences.
- Operational Excellence – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex operations.
- Tech Savvy – Proficiency in MS Office and other essential tools.
